Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for assisting attorneys with legal document preparation, advising clients on case management, managing schedules, organizing files, performing legal research, and providing administrative support. Additional duties may include maintaining client communication and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in administrative assistance and effective communication
Experience in providing support as a Legal Assistant within a legal or corporate environment is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Proficiency in using legal software and related tools is a plus
Excellent organization and time management abilities
Detail-oriented and ability to work under deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Law, or a related field is preferred but not required.
